Each pot is made by hand at the Spiral Tide Pottery studio, therefore slight differences in glaze and/or form are normal and to be expected.
Shipping: I will ship most anywhere, if your location doesn’t automatically populate in the checkout process of our shop, get in touch via our contact page for a Royal Mail shipping estimate.
Because I have been let down by customers in the past and would prefer to avoid the upsetting situation of not being paid for work. No item will ship from the studio until payment has cleared. Thank you for understanding.
Damage and/or Returns: Because much of the damage, loss, etc that happens during the life of a pottery order occurs after the pots have left the studio, I will not promise that all orders are open to refunds. However, if something does go wrong, please get in touch within 5 days of receiving your order. In specific circumstances I may offer you the option of a refund or a replacement if it’s possible.
