All going well and to plan, the online shop will be restocked with collections of pots a few times a year.
Email community members will receive details of each collection ahead of time, as well as a preview of the pots the day before each restock and early access to the shop when it opens. To join my email community click here.
I ship pots most places across the globe, postage costs are calculated at the check out.
UK orders are sent 1st class with Royal Mail. International orders are sent 1st class, tracked with Royal Mail unless you have made a large order which will be sent tracked via UPS or FedEx. Any postage overages will be refunded to the payment method used at checkout.
All orders will be sorted and packaged up over the week the shop is open and posted during the week after that. Meaning (as it’s just me making multiple trips to the post office), it may take up to 2 weeks for your order to leave the studio.
All international tracking information will be emailed to the email address provided at checkout.
